Richard Fitz Roy (natural son of King John), married Rohese, d. 1264/5, daughter of Fulbert of Dover. [Ancestral Roots]
Rose, daughter and heiress of Robert of Dover. [Burke's Peerage] Rohesia's father could be called Robert, although Ancestral Roots named him Fulbert in two different lines. CP XIV:87 corrects CP II:127 in renaming her "Rose, daughter of Foubert de Douvres" from her older name "Rohese, daughter of Robert de Dover". This apparently is her latest name.

Lived in what is now West Lampeter Township in Lancaster Co., PA perhaps as early as 1712. His name appears on the 1721 and 1722 tax lists, and he patented 110 acres in what is now West Lampeter Twp in 1734. He owned other tracts of land in Lancaster and York counties as well as a tract of land on Maryland. He operated an early mill in Lancaster Co. along the Pequea Creek. In 1729 he obtained British citizenship. His children are well identified in his estate records. Present-day Stoners in the Ephrata area are for the most part, descendants of Christian.
