[7341] He [William de Ferrieres] married Sibyl, daughter of William de Braiose, Lord of Bramber, by Bertha (heiress of Brecon and Over Gwent), sister and coheir of William DE HEREFORD, and 2nd daughter of Miles (DE GLOUCESTER),EARL OF HEREFORD. He died on Crusade, at the siege of Acre, in palestine, in 1190, before 21 October. His wife survived him, and married 2ndly Adamde Port, Lord of Basing, who died 1213, and was, perhaps, living as late as 5 February 1227/8. Youngest child of Timothy andElizabeth Stanley, the emigrants, born March10, 1648; married Mary (???), anddied in Hadley, September 2, 1671,leaving no children. His estate amounted to207. 02. 10. For thesettlement of the estate the following agreement was made between hismother and his widow:
"It is agreed betwixt Elizabeth Bacon &Mary Standly, for ye setling of yeestates of Andrew Bacon & Isaack Standly disposed of to ye sd persons byye will of Andrew Bacon, yt ye Relict or Widdow of Isaack Standlie shallhave forthwith set out unto her proper use & proprietie, toher & herAssignees forever, One Hundred fortie fowr Pounds fowrteen shillingsoutof ye living stock & movable goods. And ye Rest of ye Estatesaforementioned to be to Elizabeth ye Relict of Andrew Bacon, to her & herAssignes forever.Provided that in case any Issue or Posteritie of IsaackStandley deceased shall hereafter appeare or be borne then ye sdPosteritie shall possess according to the dispose of Andrew Bacon, byvirtue of his last Will & Testament."
