The will of Nathaniel Warren, dated 1667, does not name his daughters, but his widow Sarah Warren decided to distribute a part of the estate during her lifetime and by a deedof 6 Jan. 1689/90 she did so. Among the heirs who signed the instrument were Thomas Gibbs and the mark of Alice Gibbs (Plymouth County Deeds, 2:201/2...)

Alice Warren b. Plymouth 2 Aug 1656; d. aft 4March 1692 (consent to deed).
She m. Sandwich 23 Dec. 1674 Thomas Gibbs, b. Sandwich 23 March 1646/7; d. there 7 Jan. 132/3, son of Thomas Gibbs.
On 4 March 1692 Thomas Gibbs and Alice his wife consented to the sale of land toJames Warren.
The will of Thomas Gibbs, Sr. of Sandwich, Husbandman, dated 23 June 1725, proved 12 Jan 1732/3. names his son Thomas Gibbs; son Cornelius; son Warren; sons Ebenezer and Jabez if they return from beyond the sea; dau. Abigail; children of dau. Bethia; children of dau. Sarah.
On 9 May 1733 Phebe Spooner gave receipt to her uncle Thomas Gibbs for her brother Nathaniel Cushman and herself for their part of the estate of her grandfather Thomas Gibbs.
