[9232] "Casper Acker/Acre, born about 1690. He was taxed at Coventry Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania from 1720 to 1738 as Casper Acre. He was taxed at Vincent Township, Chester County in 1748 and lastly in 1753, afterwards Henry and Anthony Acker were taxed on his land. He was a witness to his neighbor Isaac Dilback's will in 1736 at Coventry. Casper Acre was deeded land in Coventry by the Mennonite leaders at Coventry on June 27, 1751. In another deed dated June 29, 1751 he was from Coventry and a Mennonite."

Fosnocht on internet on RootsWeb, WorldConnect in "Families of Bruce and Barbara Fosnocht" shows a Casper Acker, born about 1680 in Germany, with a son Andrew Leonard Acker born about 1714 and died in Lancaster Co., PA This may be the Casper Acker who was the father of Elizabeth Ocher/Acker.
Richard Warren Davis in Emmigrants,Refugees and Prisoners, Vol II, page 121, says that Casper may be the son of Christian Eicher, born 6 Jan 1656.
