[23387] Percival is of the Leigh family of Lyme Hall, Cheshire. There is not enough room for a generation between Percival and Pier/Peter. Therefore I have him as a son. He may not be the eldest. Supposedly there was another Piers/Peter of about this time who married Ellen Savage, daughter of John Savage and Catherine Stanley.
