FTM CD194, Mass. & Me. Families, Vol II, Mitton, of Weston-Under-Lizard,
pg 614:
Sir Richard Mitton, eldest son by Eleanor le Skinner, predeceased his
father. He doubtless inherited his mother's estates at the time of her
death and soon became a knight. He married Margaret de Peshale, dau. of
Sir Adam de Peshale, through whom the estate of Weston-under-Lizard came
to he Mittons. He died Nov. 10, 1418, and Lady Mitton died Aug. 5,
1420. In inquests on the estates of both, their son Willliam was found
to be their heir.
