I, MARY M. BROWN, of Jacksonville, Illinois, being of
sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament hereby
revoking all former Wills and Codicils thereto made by me.
ARTICLE ONE. I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of
my estate, real, personal and mixed wherever situated to my
sons, Almon J. Brown and Benjamin B. Brown, equally, share
and share alike. In the event that either or both of my
said sons do not survive me, then the share of such deceased
son or sons shall be paid over to the descendants of such
deceased son or sons per stirpes.
ARTICLE TWO. I hereby nominate and appoint my son,
Almon J. Brown, as Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament and I direct that he not be required to give any
security on his bond as such Executor. In the event of
death, refusal or incapacity of my son, Almon J. Brown, to
act as Executor, then I nominate and appoint Edith H. Brown
of Jacksonville, Illinois as successor Executor of this my
Last Will and Testament, and I further direct that such
successor Executor be not required to give any security on
her bond as such successor Executor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal to this, my last Will and Testament, on this 13th day
of June 1961.
