Steve Barr, Louisville, KY
John Vessells served in War of 1812, was discharched in Cincinati, March19, 1819, but never returned to his family. Nothing more of him isknown. John Vessels adn Mary had 6 daughters and one sone, ThomasVessels. Thomas and his mother Mary came to Meade Co, KY in 1831, atleast two of his sisters also came to Meade Co. Thomas returned toMarion Co, to marry Sarah O'Bryan, dau og Wm. O'Bryan and Sarah Padgett.
