Henry De Beaumont, 5th Lord Beaumont, K.B., son and heir, was b. abt 1380 (aged sixteen at his father's death). He was summoned to Parliament as a Baron from 25 Aug 1404, and was Commissioner to treat for peace with France in 1410-1411. He was m. bef July 1405 to Elizabeth Willoughby, dau of William Willoughby, Lord Willoughby, of Eresby, co Lincoln (of Magna Surety descent and descendant of Charlemagne) by Lucy, dau of Roger Le Strange, Lord Strange of Knockyn, Salop (descendant of Charlemagne). "Henry de Beaumont lord of Folkyngham" died testate (P.C.C., 78 Repingdon) in June 1413 and was bur. at Sempringham, co Lincoln. His widow d. shortly bef. 12 Nov 1428.

Henry, 5th Lord Beaumont, son and heir of John, 4th Lord Beaumont, by his wife Catherine Everingham, wasborn abt. 1380. He was created a Knight of the Bath at the coronation of Henry IV in 1399. Commissioner to treat for peace with France, 1410-1411. He m. bef. July 1405, Elizabeth Willoughby. He died in June 1413. By his will, in which he calls himself "lord of Folkyngham," he left his manor of Thorpe, in the parish of Balme, co. York, to his younger son Henry. Early Lincoln Wills, 1888, III.
